ADVANCED HOCKEY TRAINING
REDEFINED
OUR VISION
MCHockey is revolutionizing the way hockey players train and perform on the ice, pushing the boundaries of traditional training methods to unlock their full potential.
Our programs are designed to challenge and inspire athletes, fostering a winning mindset and a passion for the game in a positive environment.

OUR APPROACH
Competitive Analysis
At MCHockey we see ourselves as teachers and take a pragmatic approach to development. We utilize video to deliver the best examples of skills in the game and then break down those skills into repeatable reps that our players can learn, execute, and apply during their game situations.

GAME INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPMENT
Our Game Intelligence Development process helps players develop good scanning techniques so that they can read and process situations quickly to execute plays at a higher level.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Our strength and conditioning programs are designed to optimize physical performance, agility, and injury prevention, empowering athletes to excel in demanding game situations.

Kaleb Collins, VFC
MCHockey is the perfect way to start the day. Waking up and getting the chance to play the sport we love most is an opportunity I am grateful for. It's not just a normal team practice. It's a chance to learn the skills used by NHL players under the guidance of incredible coaches who truly care about our development. It's a privilege to be part of this group and to workout with others who share the same passion for the sport.
